We are a family owned design build firm operating in Northern Virginia since 1998. As licensed CLASS A CONTRACTOR, the highest rated license in in VA and DC, we design and build any size addition, kitchen , bath or any other space in your home. We don't take on more that 10/12 jobs per year as we want to offer continue personalized attention to each and every client and try to maintain a balanced family life. We have 2 girls, a UVA student and a local high-schooler.

Planning
A detail planning is key to a successful project: that' s why we take our time to listen, and plan every single project. During our first free consultation we listen to your needs and and tell you about us. Once we understand your vision and you are ready to start the design phase, by signing a design retainer, usually for 5/8% of your budget amount. Most of us are unable to visualize what the new space will feel and look like that's why, during this phase we provide several designs in 3D for you to walk through your space before it's built and make the best decision in terms of final layout and materials selections.
Construction
Once you feel absolutely comfortable with the final layout, we will execute a FIXED PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT that will give you peace of mind in terms of price and timeline. By having our design team, a longtime crew and trusted subcontractors under the same roof there is accountability during the whole process.
